Hi Stage32ers!
I have an exciting lab coming up for you called: Writing a Female-Driven TV Pilot
It begins on Saturday, March 26th at 9am PT
This lab provides unique one-on-one consultations with your instructor, Colleen Labella, the Director of Development at Leslye Headland’s Shoot to Midnight.
Colleen has multiple projects in development at FX, Hulu, Freeform, and Lucasfilm. Her television credits include SINGLE DRUNK FEMALE, ALMOST FAMILY, and the upcoming Star Wars series, THE ACOLYTE.
Colleen has centered her career around womxn stories and the LGBTQIA+ community, which can be seen across her varied projects.
Each week you will have assignments that both show you the wealth of female-centric projects currently on television and demand that you push your pilot forward, with the goal of creating a finished script.
You can find it here: https://www.stage32.com/classes/Writing-a-Female-Driven-TV-Pilot

I’m a Stage 32 Lounge Moderator. I wanted to let you know I moved your post from the Filmmaking/Directing Lounge to the Your Stage Lounge because it’s promotion. Promotion can go in the Your Stage Lounge and on Your Wall.
You can post your promotion in one of the main Lounges (Filmmaking/Directing Lounge, Screenwriting Lounge, Producing Lounge, etc.) if your post starts a conversation that’s helpful and educational to the community.
Example: If you post your Director's Reel in the Filmmaking/Directing Lounge, within that post you could start a discussion about how to put a Reel together. This doesn’t have to be long, just something that starts a conversation that’s helpful and educational.
You can also post your promotion in one of the main Lounges if you're asking for feedback.
You could check the Job Board for work and collaborations (www.stage32.com/find-jobs). The Job Board is updated regularly.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Proof I need to be on here more frequently and understand the lay of the Stage 32 land. Thank you for taking the time to move it to the appropriate place! I appreciate you, Maurice.
I did check the job board, but the one director's job I did see was not a good fit. I highly appreciate the guidance and direction!
You're welcome, Dina Faye Gilmore. Yeah, I learned a lot about Stage 32 by being active on here and just looking around.
