A wheelchair-bound teen discovers a Mexican Mystic's curse on his family began after his Mother caused many deaths of the Mystic's family/village at a long-ago border raid and the only way to lift the curse is for the teen to take lives in equal number to those lost.

SYNOPSIS:

Conflicted, high profile family in the public spotlight of New Mexico politics fight each other and corrupting influences from outside, set against a world of dark Mysticism. Our lead is a powerless, disabled whip-smart teen forced into action -- he must take the lives of those he chooses as a trade-off for his Mother's past sins against a Mystic's family or he and his own family suffer horribly (death, disease, disablement, all coinciding with public humiliation). The show is about the teen’s struggle between right and wrong, his belief in pragmatic science or elusive mysticism, a basic kill or be killed instinct.
