Max Stanhope, UNESCO agent, is charged with returning an important historical artifact back to Egypt, but he must deal with a cunning master thief and a sex trafficking network before he loses what matters most.

SYNOPSIS:

UNESCO Agent Maxwell Stanhope has had one screw up after another on the job and is responsible for the death of an agent. He’s been warned before that he must adhere to protocol or be released from service. Anything he does could cause an international incident.

With his last chance to make things right, he leads a team in returning an ancient sarcophagus back to Egyptian authorities. But, they are attacked by a ruthless team of thieves who have more skill than his Mi6 training. The sarcophagus is stolen, and to top it off, his girlfriend, Phoebe, is kidnapped.

Fired from his job, Stanhope calls in some mercenary friends and they find that the sarcophagus is listed online “FOR SALE” along with Phoebe.

The leader of the theft ring, Henry Kapoor, holds all the cards and relishes putting Stanhope through Hell and then taunts him about it. But the theft ring has many networks across the world and he’s not the only one making the calls. The bigger the bank account, the more you can get away with. Some clients have strong sexual appetites and Phoebe is front and center of the action.

After several attempts, Stanhope and his team chase the sarcophagus and Phoebe to a private estate in India and the team is able to rescue them and kill the man responsible, but know that the real leader of the network is a very powerful and wealthy man of privilege that has cleverly covered his tracks. He must be stopped at all costs.

Stanhope and his team work their way up the ladder of command and clients until they have finally found the kingpin who runs this network. But at a social event, it’s Phoebe who poisons the kingpin, taking a stand against sexual sadists and the Hell they have perpetrated against hundreds of women and children.

The interest in acquiring artifacts by the wealthiest is unending and Stanhope and his team know the network of thieves will never stop in their dedication to fulfill the wishes of the wealthy. Stanhope is offered his UNESCO job back, but turns it down. Instead, Queen Elizabeth privately underwrites a dedicated team to return stolen artifacts from around the world. Stanhope and his team of mercenaries take on the next challenge.
