After her husband leaves her for not being able to carry children, the Nurse discovers four boys who lost their parents and are desperately in need of a mother. She took on the responsibility and raised the boys as her own. However,  the oldest son drifts off into a drug-dealing cartel world, and the only way to save his life is for the Nurse Mom to take on the drug-dealing business on a night shift.
