Harvey and friends go on a mission to find out who's making the horses at a ranch all crazy. In the subplot Darcy has to deal with her overprotective parents. 

SYNOPSIS:

When 100s of horses go all crazy and wild at a local ranch in Calagry, Master Mountie sends Harvey and friends to investigate who's behind all of this. In the subplot Darcy tries get her overprotective parents to stop being overprotective of her, but her parents just laugh at that.
