The series centers on a Canadian teenage boy named Harvey Stone who drinks an energy drink that gives him the powers of electricity and ice. Harvey now joins a global force of Mounties to become a junior Mountie , to go on missions with his friends to find people who gained superpowers from drinking energy drinks that give them superpowers while following in his father’s footsteps.
