Harvey and friends befriended a teen in a wheelchair who has powers of magnetism and makes other things magnetic. They are tasked to find a man with the same power as him and take him down. 

SYNOPSIS:

Harvey and friends go up against an evil man who has magnetic powers and he uses them to steal high tech machines around the world to create a dangerous machine to change the world. In the subplot Harvey and friends make friends a new kid who is in a wheelchair named Marcus Magno who has magnetic powers.
