Harvey and friends go on a mission to find out who is turning people into rioters and forcing them to do criminal activists, and Ian teams up with Harvey and friends to help them out.  In the subplot James gains powers to summon his imaginary friends in real life after drinking a can of Power Up Energy Drink.

SYNOPSIS:

When people start to act like criminals and doing criminal activites and start to riot, Master Mountie sends Harvey and friends to go to investigate, and Ian tags along with them. In the subplot James gains superpowers of his own, he gained the power to summon his imaginary friends in real life, after drinking a can of Power Up Energy Drink that Master Mountie gave him.
