While trying to get used to Jeremy the Janitor’s crazy methods of cleaning, Vinnie and friends go up against a superhero made of soap called Soap Man who he thinks that everything is dirty. 

SYNOPSIS:

Vinnie and his friends are trying to get used to Jeremy the Janitor's crazy methods of cleaning, when suddenly a superhero made out of soap called Soap Man who he thinks that everything is dirty tries to clean up the town the hard and painful way. It's up to Vinnie and his friends to stop him and return him back to his movie world.
