Canadian vigilante, Laura Amour, 36, must team up with an anti-terrorist cop and a child prostitute to take on an International human trafficking organization that is selling human organs.

SYNOPSIS:

Believing she is taking on a human trafficking ring in Paris, LAURA AMOUR stumbles on a group of foreign children heavily guarded in a brothel. After a chase through the sewers and the streets of Paris, she and the children are saved by the French anti-terrorist force, but not before a young teen who had been imprisoned in the brothel, GABRIELLE is injured.

CAPITAINE RACHELLE DESCHAMPS stands up to a diplomat who attempts to commandeer the children. Loading Laura and the children into an ambulance, the police officer and her partner leave the scene before the diplomat can bring his political power to force the issue. The officer acknowledges that she knows who Laura is. The ambulance is attacked and the Capitaine’s partner is killed. With no choice, she arms Laura and they attack and kill their assailants. Laura recognizes one of the men as being with the diplomat. She also finds a strange tattoo on the man’s hand. The group hid out at Laura’s safe house Laura while they figure their next move.

MICHEL COUTU is the Minster of Foreign Affairs in the French Government. He is runs an international human trafficking ring. He orders his lieutenant, ANTOINE, to hunt down Laura and retrieve the children.

Rachelle brings a Muslim cleric, YUSEF, to the safe house to confirm if the children are Syrian. He confirms and after conversing with the children; finds that someone had snatched them in raid of the refugee camps and that the criminals plan to sell their organs on the black market. He agrees to hide the children within the Muslim community. Gabrielle convinces Laura to let her stay with her.

Rachelle meets with her mentor to gain some support, but finds that the man has betrayed her and escapes as the building is raided by her anti-terrorist comrades. She escapes the trap.

Laura hopes to warn the young prostitute who she had befriended and told her about the brothel. She finds two men following the woman and dispatches the ex-soldiers. She has the woman contact other prostitutes to find the location of other brothels that house children.

Gabrielle goes to a large newspaper and tells the editor that she has escaped a brothel but that there are many children being held in different locations and that it involves some police. The editor sends reports to the different locations before contacting the police. Although they encounter some heavily armed soldiers, numerous Syrian children are saved.

Rachelle investigates the strange tattoo while Laura follows Rachelle’s superior. Rachelle ends up being captured and drugged. Laura finds that the older police officer is working with the criminals by bringing the dead refugees to a crematorium for disposal. After being interrogated, Rachelle uses a code to let Laura know she has been compromised. Antoine allows Rachelle to be killed by huge German mercenary with.

Attempting to take out shooters guarding the tattoo parlor where Rachelle is, Laura is pinned down by a sniper. Gabrielle uses a drone to knock the sniper off the roof. Laura enters the parlor to find Rachelle dead. She decides that she must find a safe place for Gabrielle. She arranges for her best friend in Canada, Janice to take the young girl back to Canada. She drops the girl at the Canadian Embassy, but they are seen.

YUSEF contacts Laura to let her know that many refugees are being taken from the refugee camps. He arranges a young social worker to act as a guide. Laura overcomes the smugglers and free a group of refugees. A Kurd whose has lost his wife and child to the smugglers agrees to help her and forces the smuggler to give up the location of the criminal warehouse. Laura and the Kurd infiltrate the complex and grabs a computer with the medical information of all the refugees. They also find where the people are being imprisoned. They hand this to the press and police.

Laura goes after Coutu, but Antoine has set a trap. Laura ends up locked in a safe room while they set the house on fire. Laura escapes by descending through an ash chute that drops to the basement. Coutu and Antoine escape the country.

Janice advises Laura that Gabrielle has been taken by the enemy. Laura deduces where the girl is being held. She attacks the German and the tattooist at the parlor and rescues Gabrielle. As they are escaping, The German shoots Laura who loses the use of her arm, but she also shots him in the leg. He crawls to her and attempts to kill her, but she pulls out the knife the German used to kill Rachelle and uses it to revenge her friend.

Months later, Laura is in Brazil posing as an American, undergoing experimental cancer treatments. She convinces Coutu to donate to the new procedure and has him sign a form. A man working for her grabs Coutu while she explains who she really is. She shows a live feed of Antoine who has been captured by the parents of children he had kidnapped, being burnt alive. She then shows Coutu that he actually signed an organ donation form. He is strangled by her colleague and loaded into an ambulance.

Gabrielle in Canada finds an envelope in the mail explaining that the criminals she still fears are dead and she is finally free. Laura tells her to live for both of them.
