'Has been' actress and once Hollywoods golden girl, Ella, attempts to make her comeback starring in an indie movie directed by an award winning director - and everything goes horribly wrong when he dies suddenly.

SYNOPSIS:

Ella is aging in Hollywood. She is almost 32...once the darling of the big screen, she dropped off the radar after a very public divorce from screen heart throb, and an even more public mental breakdown.

No longer in her prime or offered any leading big budget roles, Ella has to overcome her neurosis and pride if she wants to work.

She is rude. Difficult. And she takes no prisoners. However, when long time friend and Oscar winning director dies suddenly in pre-production, she finds unlikely friendships with the other actors and crew. 

They forge an unlikely bond as they try to conceal the directors death to ensure the movie is completed and they can be on the big screen once again.
