SYNOPSIS:

In the 28th century, Commander Said Jaxon ejects from his spaceship and crash-lands on an idyllic Neolithic Polynesian island in the stone age. The islanders live a seemingly perfect lifestyle, strictly adhering to the commandments of their Tiki gods. In return for their simple, stone-age existence, the tribe is rewarded with mysterious gifts that wash up on the beach each morning. They are allowed to enter the sea but must never swim out past the coral reef or never return, lest they invoke the wrath of the sea god. Reading and writing are also forbidden, as the gods dislike the written text. The tribe welcomes Said as a divine gift, believing he emerged from the sea like their other blessings. However, he is soon cast out and exiled to a deserted part of the island until he undergoes their customs of full-body tattooing and piercing. During his exile, his only companion is Fiafai, a young mute woman who gifts him fire and a stone axe.

Driven by his advanced knowledge, Said attempts to forge iron, unknowingly breaking the sacred commandment: "Thou shall not make iron." This act awakens the wrath of the Tiki god, unleashing a dramatic and vengeful force upon the island.

As chaos ensues, Said must navigate the delicate balance between his advanced technological understanding and the island's ancient customs to find a way to appease the gods and save the tribe from destruction. In his struggle, he uncovers the uncomfortable truth behind the tribe's idealistic existence and faces a harrowing revelation about his own fate. Does he remain ignorant in paradise or does he eat the forbidden apple of knowledge.
