The flights of a pilot and her ex-World-War-One-aviator employee take them to the seemingly-quiet 1936 English countryside and then the uneasy German-Czech frontier, where they have to handle any amount of trouble, from espionage to arson and murder, and from armed ambush to a daring rescue.
