I'm thinking on writing something along those lines but using a popular band in Canada like Blue Rodeo or a singer like Shania Twain. Maybe confront them before with my outline. I know a biography of Shania would be a good one1

Great title, Nicholas Robinson! I think you just need to add the inciting incident at the start of your logline and change "formed" to "form."

Or is "Brooklyn teenagers form a boy band" the inciting incident, Nicholas Robinson? If so, here's a logline suggestion: After forming their own boy band, a group of Brooklyn teenagers takes the 90s pop music scene by storm while navigating the highs and lows of fame.
“highs and lows of fame” could be fleshed out a bit more.
