LOGLINE:

Striving to be seen, heard, and loved, an avant-garde performance artist must continually realign her life and the lives of the people she dates in order to find love and continue to vocalize the inequality of being a woman.

SYNOPSIS:

Finding herself alone in the world, she constantly bumps into users, losers and abusers. With her goal of success in her mind she continually sheds these suitors while continuing to grow.

Becoming a larger than life performance artist, Jabali, makes fashion statements as well and verbal exhibitions that show she is a force to recon with. Striding up every street, wearing the most flamboyant outfits. She catches the eye and comments from everyone on the street.

Standing up for women’s rights and preaching the need to stop the suffering of her sisters drives her crowds into a frenzy. Jabali’s more militant partner, Jill a loud mouth, sassy and unapologetic hand puppet. Jill doesn’t take any prisoners, when she is talking about the power of women. Screaming from Jabali’s hips to denounce the male privileged society that surrounds us.

Brad Lockheart, a lovelorn young man can do nothing but think about this princess. He constantly replaying the visions of Jabali in his head, which affects his work and the bottom line. Continuing to go through the motions of working Brad starts his slide to change.

Brads’ slide into failure speeds up after Jabali’s request to leave his computer and be near her. That night, Brad loses his biggest client and that rejection invites in his depression. Once he collects himself, he contacts Jabali only to find out she doesn’t want to see him any more and she was going on with her life.

We see Jabali walking down the street with her new man as they pass Brad. He knows the new boyfriend is about to go on a ride.
