SYNOPSIS:

MOVES follows British friends Nadia (33), a struggling actress, Leanne (33), an undiscovered writer and Tomi (32), an aspiring comedian fi nally turning their childhood pact into a reality by moving to LA to pursue their Hollywood Dreams. The women navigate their new lives and try to build their careers, all while adapting to a new culture, maintaining their sisterhood and exploring old and new romantic relationships. With Tomi in jeopardy of losing her family by pursuing her comedy career, Leanne’s regretful promise to marry her boyfriend if she can’t sell her script and Nadia battling ageism in young Hollywood, these women really need to get a MOVE on before their 3 month visa expires. Will their risk payoff or will they be forced to return to London, leaving their dreams behind?
