On his way to town to change his life, a young sailor
rescues a woman from a rape unknowing that she has a secret: is a mermaid

SYNOPSIS:

ort area, a sailor looks at the flyer of a TV show, it

seems the right opportunity to leave the bay and go

to the city in search of success. Thales smokes a

cigarette and spitting on the ground with contempt

walks away. After hours of walking he arrives at a

bus stand where he meets Pearl, a street woman

forcibly held by a brute. When Thales meets Pearl's

eyes, a distant voice asks for help ...

While Thales waits for her vehicle to go to town, Pearl is

attacked, Thales steps in to save her. Behind them the bus to

the city leaves ... Thales loses his chance to go but not the

courage to leave. Thales takes the bag and runs on foot

following the road traveled by the bus until he finds himself in

front of a point inaccessible on foot, where the road

disappears into a Mediterranean scrub, this does not stop

Thales who enters the scrub, tumbling to the ground after that

his shoe breaks. This is the most difficult time for Thales who

lies on the ground defeated by his own dream. Someone

darkens his face, Thales notices Pearl. He followed him. The

woman invites him to reflect in nature and to contemplate the

city in the distance while they are sharing their dreams and

their inner worlds, Pearl collapses lifeless

Thales realizes that Pearl is a mermaid who has left her

world to seek success and fail. Alone and abandoned,

Thales decides to bring Pearl to safety but this discourages

him from going to the hospital, for her the only salvation

can only be water ...

Alba, Thales walks near the pier (there is none) to a point

where the water is calm. She advances in the water up to

her waist with Pearl in her arms, freeing her in the water.

Her figure vanishes under the water, a few long seconds

pass where a sinister silence seems to hang over Thales ...

Something grabs him to drag him into the water ...

Pearl, a sweet woman, with young, slender features and

wrapped in an angelic dress, whirls in the water with

Thales. The two swim in an angelic way in the water.

Shortly thereafter, Thales contemplates with new eyes the

dock of the bay he so ardently wanted to leave. The end.
