It’s 2024 and Donald Trump, who is running for a third term after the Supreme Court miraculously overturns Joe Biden’s victory in 2020, declares himself Emperor. It takes a family of Black Greek Gods, namely Zeus (a Black Arnold Schwarzenegger), Apollo, and Artemis, to rid the country of Trump and his xenophobic sidekick Stephen Miller.

SYNOPSIS:

Apollo’s Trumpet is a political spoof that focuses on four more years of a Trump presidency, and, like his first four years, it lives within its own alternative universe. President Donald Trump does what no one believed he could do. He convinces five Supreme Court justices to side with him and overturn the Biden victory. Even more shocking, they allow Trump to run for a third term. Once safely in office in place of Biden, ‘the Donald’ with the help of more orange makeup anoints himself Emperor. At the same time, he hires world renowned stone sculptors to change the face of Mount Rushmore.

It’s now the fall of 2024 and that’s where this spoof begins. Donald Trump and his new running mate Ivanka Trump take on Kamala Harris and Andrew Yang. All the polls have Trump up by forty percentage points.

Enter Apollo and Artemis from the house of Zeus on Mount Olympus. The two black Greek gods, yes, I said black, arrive in time to experience their first Trump rally. That’s where they learn about fake news, Mexican rapists/murderers, and the evils of Islam in America. That’s also where the world sees the Donald’s ‘I love Trump’ boxer shorts after he “drops trou” thanks to Apollo’s magic flick of the wrist.

This Spoof takes us into one detention center after another. Finally, Election Day 2024 arrives and irony of ironies. For every Harris vote that Putin is able to change to a Trump vote, the Olympians change twice that number back to Harris votes, causing Donald Trump to lose bigtime. What makes this ending even more glorious; the Gods give both Donald and Stephen Miller permanent donkey ears so that everyone sees them for the jackasses they are.
