SYNOPSIS:

Matt is a talented artist just wants to make a positive impact with his graphic arts, searching for a way to change the world. His art teacher girlfriend Anna adores Matt but can't understand his desire to "do something really important" with his art. Matt is snared in a roundup of art students collecting sensitive data near federal buildings across the country. Finding both Matt and his artistic abilities attractive, Intel Agency chief Diana wants to use specially designed comic books and recruits him to head a group of global artists creating multi-ethnic super-hero manga, comics, and graphic novels to defuse international radical fundamentalism. Inter-agency rivalries rise as Diana's boss Chris sets up a volatile triple-cross intended to shift control of hackers, play the Arabs against the Chinese, and push himself up the political ladder. Masato, a Japanese artist burning with revenge for America's WWII bombing of his ancestors, is recruited to infiltrate Matt's artist groups. Through a techno-hacking glitch, Matt learns Masato is creating some portentous event with an Arab terrorist group,they are burning with revenge too, even North Koreans are leaked. Hackers are no more script kids. Those who control the stories control the world. As his secret Intel work demands more of him, Matt pivots on the rivalry between Diana and Anna for his time and affections. Matt must unravel terrorist strike codes hidden in comic book art in time to foil Chris's plot of remotely-controlled airplanes aimed at vulnerable U.S. nuclear facilities. Brainstorming with Anna helps Matt decode the signals hidden in comics art. Working with Diana, Matt helps uncover Masato's complicity and unravel the strings leading to Chris. Matt's artistic abilities have saved the day. But what about tomorrow...?
