After reading the synopsis on your website, I think a more accurate logline might be:

"After a paraplegic, suicidal, young man discovers he has Stage 4 cancer, he decides to take vengance upon those who caused his spinal injury by enlisting other terminally ill cancer patients into a squad of vigiliante asassins known as "Stage 5"."
