About Jason

My spooky screenplay UNEXPLAINABLE was a top-3 comedy in the 2022 Final Draft's Big Break. It's also on Coverfly's Red List and is among the top 1% of 100,000 projects on that site. The script is now a semi-finalist in Emerging Screenwriters' Genre Screenplay contest. Contact me for more details.

My first produced screenplay, THE SORCERER BEAST, is available on Amazon. It stars Corey Feldman and Jeffrey Combs. I was retained to write three sequels, the first of which comes out in 2024.

I've written and produced web series for Science Channel, Animal Planet, Playboy, Paramount, CBS, and Home Shopping Network, and my work has aired on Comedy Central and Spike. I wrote and performed sketch comedy at Second City Hollywood and was a staff writer for the National Lampoon website. For 12 years, I ran @FakeThemePark, Twitter's longest-running comedy project.

My screenplay PONYTAIL was nominated for Best Screenplay in the Feel Good Film Festival and my comedy adventure TICKET TO MARS made a top ten finish in the AAA Screenwriting Contest. My historical war drama THE BATTLE OF NEW ORLEANS also finished in the top ten of that contest and was recognized as the "Best First Five Pages of the Year."
