Two fraud, 1920s psychics find themselves their hometown’s only hope for fighting evil when they accidentally unleash it upon their small, rural community.

SYNOPSIS:

After returning from their military duties, Elias and Barin find themselves desperate to escape their tiny hometown of Bodie, California. So desperate, they have created a psychic con, preying on people seeking closure to their lost love ones in the afterlife. When business begins to pick up traction, and the boys decide to up the production value of their con, an evil book of spells they uncover seems to be the answer to all their needs. At least to Elias. Barin has a bad feeling from the moment they find the Grand Grimiore, and with good reason. The first time the book is used in their next "séance", people die, demons are released on the town and Elias may, or may not be possessed with a demon himself. Now Elias and Barin, the After Death Consultants, must fake it until they make and for from zeros to heroes to rescue their town from the evil they released. All while raking in some doe in the process to eventually abandon Bodie forever.
