SYNOPSIS:

Turk, a kickboxing instructor and life coach who is always in trouble for forgetting anniversaries, tags along with his research scientist girlfriend Sandra and her younger intern sister Jordan on a weekend trip to a pharmaceutical convention in Laughlin, Nevada. Marty, a nerdy video game designer and Turk’s best friend, rides shotgun in the hopes of checking out the nearby Science Fiction and Horror Festival… as well as finally asking out Sandra’s sister Jordan. The agenda for the weekend of excess consists of shots, club hopping, more shots, gambling, and pharmaceuticals… until the party becomes a nightmare! The evil Dr. Maximilian unleashes a drug at the Sci-Fi Fest that turns people into zombies. Nerds dressed in costumes are transformed into brain eaters – Zombie Lara Croft, Zombie Darth Vadar, and Zombie Batman roam the streets, devouring any humans left alive. Soon enough, the military has quarantined the city and called in an airstrike to napalm Laughlin. Turk and Marty loot a gun shop and begin to slaughter the undead while Sandra and Jordan search for a cure. When the two couples discover that Dr. Max is behind the zombie plague and that he has plans to sell the cure for profit, the mission becomes clear: steal the antidote, save Laughlin from total destruction, and party like it’s the end of the world.
