An anthology series of original stories that extrapolate on specific moments -- "splinters" -- of famous films.

SYNOPSIS:

Quite simply, we are taking our most loved films and looking at a single moment, a Splinter in time within the timeline to see what happened to lead up to that moment. But, instead of focusing on principle characters, we tap into more obscure characters to broaden the story. We have started several draft scripts, with “The Sheriffs” being the pilot.

The look and feel of each episode, or short film, will emulate that of the original film. We cannot have Van Helsing traipsing around the moon in Technicolor before arriving at Castle Dracula in monochrome. It must fit the genre, theme, and plot points (if possible) without being too obvious or infringing on IP's.

When possible, we would not know the film in which this Splinter is from until the reveal. Audiences will want to watch it again, as well as the original film, to find the Easter eggs and how the new story fits.
