SYNOPSIS:

DARRYL LEWIS and his wife VERA face financial ruin due to the worsening economy. Their only hope is to sell their home and move to an economically depressed neighborhood. Their children BOBBY and KAREN discover that the bed bolted to the floor of Bobby’s bedroom sends him back in time when he falls asleep. When he returns from the 1980’s with evidence that he has met his parents when they were teenagers, he and Karen conspire for ways to get their parents to go back and time and tell their younger selves to avoid whatever caused them to lose their home. Darryl goes back in time with Bobby and gives his younger self a few words of advice. They return to the present finding a completely different life. Darryl, now a multimillionaire NBA star, has household servants and a long line of girlfriends (including TARA TYLER, an Angelina Jolie type) but not his wife and daughter. Bobby is also seduced by the new lifestyle, owning fashion, bling, and a car that attracts the hottest girl in his high school. Darryl and Bobby are sucked in until tragedy strikes. Bobby is in a car crash that injures him but kills his girlfriend. Ironically, his doctor is Vera, the woman that should be his mother… but has no knowledge or recollection (other than that he is the son of a famous sports celebrity). Darryl has a heart to heart with an incredulous Vera, who advises Darryl that if what he says is true, he should take steps to repair things. Darryl takes Bobby to the dilapidated house, returns to the 1980’s, and schools both his teenage self and his teenaged wife-to-be. Father and son return to the future finding their family restored – along with a few bonus surprises.
