About Kevin

Kevin Stuart Brodie is a playwright, screenwriter, storyteller, essayist, and poet. Four of his plays have been produced and two screenplays have been optioned by production companies. He also recently won his very first story slam. Mr. Brodie has won eighteen scriptwriting contests and festivals and been twice nominated for the Pushcart Prize in poetry. He was also a 2020 Writer-in-Residence at Trail Wood, the historic home of Edwin Way Teale, and a Writer-in-Residence at Millay Arts in 2021 and 2023.

Unique traits: In my closet, you will find a bag of boxing gear, another with yoga gear, a firearm, and a walking stick with a hidden sword.
