The Ukrainian Secret Service, the CIA, and a New York City cop try to catch a beautiful, but deadly Russian spy before she can kill the visiting President of Ukraine.

SYNOPSIS:

Frank, a New York City cop, meets Elena, while investigating a murder. Unbeknownst to him, she's a beautiful, but deadly Russian spy. With her last kill, she thinks she’s out of the business. But when she attends Frank’s sister’s wedding at her husband’s Long Island estate, she secretly finds out that Kolchak, the head of the Ukrainian Secret Service and the man she thought she’d killed, is still alive. Back in the city, she and Frank book a hotel for the night, but Elena disappears just before the CIA raids the room. The CIA informs Frank that Elena's an agent who’s believed to be in town to assassinate the President of Ukraine. Frank sets out to find her before the Ukrainians get a chance to blow her away. She leaves clues to keep him close, but not close enough to stop her until finally they end up on the street fighting together. They go to war against Russian-sympathizers in the Ukrainian Secret Service until the final showdown between Elena, Frank and Kolchak when Frank finally finds out whether the woman he’s falling in love with is there to assassinate the President of Ukraine or there to save him.
