A space experimental mission in 2025 goes horribly wrong when the ISS is destroyed and the sole survivor is a woman in labour, hurtling through space in a cargo ship, 400 km above the earth. How does a tourist, self-birth in space and return safely to earth?
SYNOPSIS:
Would a mother risk her unborn child to radiation?
Aboard a crew ship, Eve along with retired astronaut Doug Hurley, launch into space. A top medical team and a new birthing module await her on the International Space Station. Eve’s billionaire husband circumvents the selection process to get her on the mission to boost his company stocks. The crew ship has docking failure while a fire breaks out on the space station killing everyone on board. Doug undertakes a dangerous spacewalk to free their ship from being dragged down by the burning debris. He succeeds …but only by riding the burning space station out into deep space.
Eve is now the sole survivor!
Her crew ship is off course for re-entry. A novice in space, she must go on a spacewalk to change the trajectory, dodge space debris and find her way back to the ship using her jetpack. Her water breaks and the ship suffers heavy damage from the debris. She now has to push out her baby in microgravity while trying to manoeuvre the ship back to earth with Huston in the blind.
Will Eve deliver her baby and survive the descent?
