Being overwhelmed by her personal life and world news, a girl is ready to call it quits until she is saved by her childhood cartoons as they try to save the Human World from Cartoon World villains, but she doesn't know just how important she is to the cartoon heroes.

SYNOPSIS:

A girl in her thirties is struggling with world news, her love life, and her work life. When everything gets to be too much for her, she decides she's had enough and climbs to the top of her companies building. As she's about to end it all, the Powerpuff Girls fly in to stop her and ask for her help in gathering some items they need. The girl decides to work with the Powerpuff Girls as they take off.

Right after the Powerpuff Girls recruit a girl to help them, Aku (from Samurai Jack) comes in contact with Courage the Cowardly Dog and Eustace as he announces he has arrived in the Human World. With Mojo Jojo, Him, and Fuzzy Lumpkins (Powerpuff Girls) following close behind, a Cartoon World villain group has emerged, until they realize they can't work together. Aku decides he will take over the Human World on his own and the Powerpuff Girl villains will do the same.

Stopping off at a pawn shop that is being run by Edd and Eddy (Ed, Edd, n Eddy), the girls find the five Captain Planet rings that they'll need in the final battle, along with several other iconic cartoon items.

The villains eventually build a space station to attack the earth, with a little help from some Space Jam villains. While they're busy with that, the heroes team up with Codename: Kids Next Door and dozens of other cartoon staples from the 90s and 2000s as they figure out a plan to attack the brand new space station and save the Human World.

It's broken to the girl that she was saved for a very specific reason, and part of that reason was for her to create and animate space ships for each cartoon character that will be part of the attack on the space station while the ones left behind like Dexter (Dexter's Lab), Velma (Scooby Doo), Brain (Pinky and the Brain), and the Professor (Powerpuff Girls) need to find a way to stop Aku.

After a large space battle with iconic cartoon actions, the heroes will triumph and the space station will be destroyed, leaving Aku to be dealt with.

Samurai Jack and a new sword-wielding character will be left to deal with Aku using their new secret weapon against him. After an intense sword/evil magic battle, Aku will finally be defeated and all of the villains will be sent back to the Cartoon World to face their punishments.

The film will finish with a Space Ghost Coast to Coast news story summing up what happened and adding some more laughs.
