THE DEAD DON'T DREAM

After spending 10 years becoming a cold-hearted contract killer, Max Ridley is forced to return to his childhood hometown to care for his kid nephew.
SYNOPSIS:
After spending 10 years turning himself into a cold-blooded, cold-hearted contract killer, Max Ridley is forced to kill his long-time mentor and only friend. This causes him to question his life and profession for the first time in years.
To make matters worse, he has to return to his childhood home to care for his 9 year old nephew after being informed of his sister having passed in an accident. Once there, he attempts to actually get to know his nephew, while also reconnecting with his high school sweetheart.
The town drips with nostalgia, and now Max’s memories and feelings are coming back, and hard. Each new kill becomes more difficult as he struggles to balance his work with his new family life. Each kill feels like the first time. His guilt is eating him alive and he is haunted by his victims..

This looks really interesting, Marcos. I wonder if the logline would work well with a little less and a little more. Something like:
After 9 years working as a cold-hearted contract killer, Max Ridley struggles with flashbacks and guilt when he returns to his hometown to care for his kid nephew.
