Three different generations of Indian Americans face trials and tribulations in their own unique comedic ways.

SYNOPSIS:

Told from the perspective of an unseen documentary filmmaker, the series offers an honest, often-hilarious perspective of three different Indian American families. Mr and Mrs Singh are trying to navigate their way through a retired life which they never really prepared for till now. Working their entire life they planned for their American dream but not what happens in their retirement.

Simran (their daughter) and her husband Veer are happily married with two kids. They are trying to strike a balance for their children where they want to make sure the kids don’t forget about their own culture but they also want to offer them the freedom to enjoy their American lifestyle. But a daughter who is trying to grow up too fast, and their son who is too smart for his own good make it challenging.

Simran’s brother Partap who lives with his boyfriend Jamie are trying to get their parents blessings, completing one big -- straight, gay, multicultural, traditional -- happy family.
