It's a great week here on Stage 32 with 2 extremely informative webinars for filmmakers, writers and producers, and for those members based in or around LA, we have an educational panel on Friday at the Hollyshorts Film Festival! Let's get to it!
If you are interested in distributing your project via a VOD platform, I've brought in Chad Miller, who has spent over a decade in on-demand entertainment and specializes in Amazon, Hulu and Netflix.
If you're a screenwriter looking to work in feature and/or television, I've brought in the Creative Executive from Atlas Entertainment (American Hustle, Batman vs. Superman, The Dark Knight Rises) to talk about the types of writing samples you need.

Stage 32 & Film LA Present the Hollyshorts Film Festival Opening Night Panel. We will discuss how to use your short film as a proof of concept and what you can do as a filmmaker to get noticed. During the conversation, we will cover the current market for short films so you are prepared for what lies ahead. We will go over case studies of successful short films, as well as various avenues for exposure including platforms like Vimeo, Stage 32, Youtube and social media like Twitter, Instagram and more. We'll go over what makes a great, marketable short and how to leverage that into longer form projects.
