We need your help! Our Stage 32 SXSW panel has been selected to move on to Panel Picker! This is the stage where the public gets to vote for what panels you'd like to see programmed at SXSW (South by Southwest), which is one of the largest conferences that brings together film, tech and music in Austin, TX!

Decentralizing Hollywood: Supporting a Global Film Community

Hollywood is now global, with many of the biggest hits in film and television coming from around the world. Stimulated further by film commissions, rebates, and other financial incentives, more productions than ever are happening outside of LA. With this opportunity comes the challenge of supporting a highly skilled international production workforce that in many countries must be built locally from the ground up. As these communities grow, new voices and ideas revolutionize production, further improving the quality and diversity of entertainment.

Panelists include:
