Happy Thursday, Creative Army!
As many of you already know, Stage 32 Certification has been working tirelessly to bring new film commissions, institutes, colleges, streamers, and other organizations into the mix. This week we’re welcoming the Polish Film Institute to Stage 32 Education!
Together, we’ll be training people looking to work above and below the line in Poland in support of the rebates, incentives, and the production companies and streamers looking to film locally. This will continue our mission to provide opportunities to those who didn’t have the same level of access before.

The Polish Film Institute was established in 2005 to support the development of Polish cinematography and filmmaking. They work to allocate funds to support local audiovisual production, including scripted and unscripted feature films, television series, and animated, and documentary projects. They even provide reimbursement for production costs of qualified applicants who film in Poland or are involved in relevant international co-productions.
You can learn more about the organization and its application process HERE.
The Polish Film Institute is joining the ranks of well over a dozen international and domestic film commissions that are dedicated to Stage 32 Certification’s mission to bring more production opportunities to places around the world and have more qualified people locally to bring them to life. This group already includes Costa Rica, Cyprus, Slovakia, Canacine Mexico, Houston, Nevada, Oregon, Dallas, Montana, Louisiana Baton Rouge, Central Pennsylvania, St. Petersburg/Clearwater, and the Location Managers Guild International. And we’re in talks with more and more every day!
All course graduates - whether you are individually certified or master certified - will be listed in a new database accessible by regional film commissions and production companies hiring in Poland and the hundreds of fast-growing production hotspots around the world.
