I'm a director and producer out of San Francisco, CA. For over 21 years I've produced and directed hi quality content for my company, Secrets of the Pros. We have a highly regarded line of Recording & Mixing Training videos that have been endorsed by several multi Grammy Award winners.
More recently I produced and directed a Music Documentary called Master Drummer that has been endorsed by 2 gents that have been nominated for Academy Awards, and some other industry insiders with decades of experience.It turned out better than I ever hoped … and everyone who has seen it really enjoyed it, including children.
I’m looking for a Film Sales Agent to license, or sell, the film to a VOD company (like Netflix), and to help us with future releases that we already have done a lot of shooting on.
Any references on a well connected agent would be greatly appreciated.

A good place to start is to look at similar titles on IMDb, scroll down to the company credits section and look for distributors. The international sales agent is usually the distribution company that's territory is listed as "world wide".
