PBS interview w controversial artist-architect Neil Bernstein. Bernstein designed and built-at his own expense the famed 3000 square foot first-responder art memorial at Ground Zero in 2001-2002 and became international ambassador of the arts for 9/11. The entire exhibition traveled to Eastern Bloc Europe, Africa and The Middle East.
