Hello, there. Just joined and wanted to take a bow and introduce myself. I'm Richard, a screenwriter, author and anthologist. I began writing screenplays in 2004 and came close to success, but far enough from it to become jaded and step away for years. Now I feel it's time to get back in the game and follow that dream again. Looking to network with fellow writers, and other industry folk and see what happens.

Hi, Sam Sokolow. Thanks for the welcome. Right now, I'm going back over some old screenplays and bringing them up to date. Nothing sticks in the craw of a horror writer like smartphones. No service, no problem. ;-)

Welcome back! Don't feel bad about your delayed return. The reality is that writing may be the only career where the passage of time is our ally. It gives us as creators depth, and wisdom. Our dialogue tends to resonate because we've had so much more time to listen. I wish you the best of luck!

Very true, Nathan Woodward. Dialogue has always been my strength, but going back over the screenplays now they definitely benefit from those extras years of 'seasoning'.
