This film has already gotten to the point of a picture lock and is in need of two elements that the producer just didn't have the budget for. Sound sweetening (including score) and CGI Locusts. This is the perfect project for someone that needs some excellent demo footage, but hasn't found the right project. I am happy to share a link to the picture lock cut with anyone that thinks they might be interested - I think you will be impressed with what we have. I am reaching out because I think it is an absolute shame that the film is stuck at this stage and isn't moving forward - it is a beautiful piece that should be finished and shared.
Where is the link to your movie? Let me take a look at it.
Alle - nobody does have an incomplete film posted all over the internet - only those interested in helping out will be given a link to see where the project is and if they can help . . . . others will not and can not see it.

Expand commentHi Brain, I'm a CG artist and particle effects are one of my specialties. I imagine you would need a variety of different effects to create this illusion. Meaning, you’d need different views of the flying mass, each would need to be created differently. I don’t have a lot of time but if I understood what you needed I could at least try to contribute something. Perhaps if I started a C4D and an After Effect project it could be shared between a few artists. Willing to help if I can reach me at asiarkiewicz at aol.com
made some updates to my website http://siarkiewiczdesign.com/

I can see what I want my title to look like in my head, I sketch it out, but I don't know where to start when I open AE. Do I start with the background? Should I search for particle plug-ins first? I am new to the software and would love to hear anything from anyone about what I should do - the possibilities are limitless! Are the certain websites that I should check out with tutorials? I learn fast and would like to get going on my title production. On a side note, I'm not too sure about which plug-ins are the best for AE. Thanks! :)
Video Copilot is an excellent source for AE info but you can also go on You tube for even more basic tutorials. Start by making a new composition. Use the type tool to create text and use position key frames to move the text. Good luck
good for you. follow your dreams.
contact an adobe person.. they have their facebook pages, and will respond. Good luck!

Hey Anthony, a few days ago we implemented a new privacy setting to give you the option of accepting private messages only from users within your network. Today, I discovered a bug with the way this option is set for new users. I just wanted to let you know that the bug is now fixed, so all members are now able to receive private messages from any other member (the default setting). If you'd like to receive private messages only from users within your network, you can change this setting here. Hi Anthony, we've just added a new section to your tool bar - Resources. Here you'll find links to the best acting, filmmaking, and screenwriting resources as well as a comprehensive list of film schools and film festivals. We'll be adding new categories and links regularly. One more thing, you can now find the "Messages" link in your sidebar right under your name. Enjoy!
