Hi there!
My name is Timika Chambers, a multi-genre writer, a trained Integrative Nutrition Health, Diabetes Lifestyle Coach, and ACE Personal Fitness Trainer with a BSN and MSN degree and over twenty-two years of experience in the healthcare industry. Out of a desperate need to understand what I now know as the generational cycle of pain, I set my navigation path to learning more about it and gathering tools to undo it. IFor most of my life, I've observed the effects of unhealed wounds and aimed to get to the heart of the matter.
As a child, television shows and movies were pivotal to my quest to become a student of life and learn more about the generational cycle of pain and, ultimately, how to break it. My genre is drama, specifically family drama, with a dash of humor and a desire to present life issues and potential solutions in empowering and daring ways.
I have been writing on and off for years. Initially, I journaled. Then, I started writing poetry and, eventually, book manuscripts. During the 2019 COVID storm, I resumed writing, started editing some of my literary works, and turned my NanoWriMonth manuscripts into screenplays. 4. Optimal Health & Wellness-behaviors and thoughts that sustain overall wellness

Every life is a divine expression of the Truth that created us. We are here to mirror our Creator, and it’s through our earthly journey that we have the opportunity to reflect Truth.
I envision millions owning, nourishing, and expressing their divine purpose and spiritual fruits (Galatians 5:22-23). People realize their bodies are the vehicles for their earthly mission and commit to achieving and maintaining optimal health. In addition, millions of people heal from their wounds, breaking the generational cycle of pain with a generational Love cycle.
My hobbies include transforming the foods I love into healthier versions, gardening, watching biographies, comedy, and transformational movies, reading, and spending time with my husband, two children, family, and friends.
