Hi Anna! Nice to be connected! Thanks!
It's for a short film called "Feeders and Eaters": A mother's plan, a daughters ambition, and the extreme Hollywood diet of the future that brought them to the peak of fame, and down into the depths of darkness.
I think that is Gary's point. It is unclear from the original tagline who is the antagonist.
Your logline has no verb, only subjects.
How about... "An extreme Hollywood diet of the future brings a mother and daughter to the peak of fame and into the depths of darkness."
Nice photos!
Good for you for getting a film going. Please check out DerynWarren.com and see if you get any tips to make your acting even more spectacular by reading a chapter of my book. I would love to know what you think. Deryn

Since then I have met a brilliant writer whom I have convinced to turn his edgy short story into a short film. It's called "Feeders and Eaters" and it's about a mother's plan, a daughters ambition, and the extreme Hollywood diet of the future that brought them to the peak of fame, and down into the depths of darkness. We believe the story has strong potential to do well in prestigious film festivals if done right. Currently, we are looking for an ambitious producer who also also thinks it has the same potential to help us make this dream come true. This will likely be a labor of love as there is no profit to be made since it is a short film, but we think it will be worthwhile if we are successful in getting some acclaim for the film. If this is something you think might interest you, please send me a note. Thanks for your time! Anna

I believe she has the contacts you seek and can tell you if the screenplay works as well as possible. She is somewhat expensive but, having read 12 books on screenwriting and studying under 4 mentors, my conclusion she is by far the best in the business. LA is not that cool on her because she is not LA but having studied in both towns. I still think she is the best with very strong contacts. Just Google her to get her contact information. I am zero financial interest in her endeavors but she does have the contacts and you live in her town.
