Wanted to say hi and hopefully introduce some people to the educational work we are creating on Filmmaking over at Shane's websites. Thanks.

I've also recently sent them some praise from other readers as a nudge. This has been going on for about 3 months. The last time I contacted them was about 3 weeks ago. Recently I learned that our script made the top 10% of the Bluecat screenplay competition... should I shoot them an email and let them know? How much bothering is too much... is this worth while news to send them?

Be more communicative and outline expectations and processes. One thing you could try is this: Hey Bob...I really like you guys so i'm going to give you first shot at this script...say an exclusive for 3 months. That's a big risk on my part because Im a starving artist. I'm happy to answer any questions you have or continue some dialogue if needed, but after BLANK date, I've gotta start selling it again because of BLANK. Does that sound fair? The shut up and listen.

If the company has a good rep, and their interest is genuine, then you have a great chance at signing with a manager, and a good chance of signing with an agent. Then you let them deal with the company.
Thanks everyone!
I waited on them... They finally got back to me to set up a meeting for a potential project! Patience works, thank God!
