SIC is a great resource. I've been a member since day one. Great investment.

Until you have ink on paper, it's your job to keep pitching to new people. With that being said, if you like these guys I would suggest two things. Be more communicative and outline expectations and processes. One thing you could try is this: Hey Bob...I really like you guys so i'm going to give you first shot at this script...say an exclusive for 3 months. That's a big risk on my part because Im a starving artist. I'm happy to answer any questions you have or continue some dialogue if needed, but after BLANK date, I've gotta start selling it again because of BLANK. Does that sound fair? The shut up and listen.

If their interest is legit, use that leverage to sign with a manager or agent who will then deal with them. If the company has a good rep, and their interest is genuine, then you have a great chance at signing with a manager, and a good chance of signing with an agent. Then you let them deal with the company.
