Comedy series pilot about a woman TV executive fired from her network position in NYC who returns to the small town where she grew up and burned most of her bridges and desperate for a job takes over the local public access station as manager. Public access TV is to TV what the French Foreign Legion used to be for the military, a refuge for disturbed, disgruntled misfits.
