An undercover cop must maintain his criminal persona just to stay alive when he's locked up in a cell with a gang of bank thieves. But when he learns they are all undercover cops, he discovers he's the victim of an elaborate set-up.

SYNOPSIS:

Ryan is a young beat cop trying to make amends for a past wrong-doing that led to the accidental death of his girlfriend. He is only just out of training when he is selected by the caffeine-fueled Detective Guy Sabo for a secretive undercover operation.

Guy singles out Ryan for his idealism as well as his hot-temper. Through Guy's training, Ryan is transformed into Max, a career criminal with a propensity for violence.

Ryan's undercover mission is to infiltrate a prolific gang of bank robbers headed by the enigmatic and elusive master-thief known only as the Monopoly Man. Ryan is to report back to Guy and learn the gang's next job; when, where, and most importantly of all, learn the identity of the Monopoly Man.

Struggling to juggle his conflicting identities, Ryan is drawn closer to the gang and finds himself crossing the line, to the point of no return as he takes part in their biggest heist yet.

But the gang are caught and arrested, and when they find themselves locked up in a cell together, with rumors of a mole among them, Ryan must now maintain his criminal persona just to stay alive.

But as each member of the gang is questioned, they come to learn that they are in fact all undercover police officers, and that they have been used as pawns in the Monopoly Man's elaborate plan to rob the bank for him and take the fall.
