SYNOPSIS:
In 1962 Tom Marks was a hardworking, middle class man from New Jersey, who loved his wife Maddy and their only child Kevin. Together they build a life working long hours at a local boat yard
When Maddy falls ill with a rare lung disease, he turns to the owner and their boss Sol Greenberg, for financial help.
The greedy Greenberg and his equally greedy cousin Barry deny the desperate man of his health fund. Tom, unable to afford the proper health care for Maddy turns to revenge after she dies in Kevin’s arms.
His brother, Jerry tells him of the cousin’s gambling problem, Tom decides to take matters into his own hands.
Blinded with rage, he waits one night in the boat yard for Greenberg,
Tom’s hope to avenge his wife lands him jail.
Once again, Greenberg brings Tom’s life to a halt after a Jury finds him guilty of attempted murder.
A broken man, his wife gone, his son living with his brother, Tom hangs himself in his cell.

Shortly after Jerry’s wife, Sara is brutally murdered and Greenberg disappears.
Kevin and his Uncle relocate to Arizona, vowing to never let anyone get in their way again.

The local Police look to the Mark’s family for answers when some of the missing victims are close friends and associates of the two men.
The lack of evidence leaves the Detectives frustrated except for one, Sergeant Galente.
When his partner Ann Rafferty disappears after questioning the men at their beach home, a full investigation takes place. The only evidence found in the garage is sand and a lipstick.
