This long tradition continued until a group of young Turks challenged the old-timers of this illegal organization.

In 1980, this caused a blood bath that would dominate the front page of the local papers for ten years.

Angelo Catano the only son of Mafia head Charlie Catano takes his place as leader of the new mob after his father is brutally murdered.

He soon realizes loyalty and honor that once dominated the old tradition was rapidly being replaced with power and greed.

Lavender a determined, strong and distinctly beautiful young woman is the love of Angelo’s life.

Introduced by Simone, Lavender’s street -smart cousin, they begin a love affair doomed from the beginning.

She begins to hang out in Angelo's club with Theresa a close friend and Simone who get involve Angelo's closest associates.

Lavender isn't familiar with the streets or the gangs that run them.

She soon becomes aware of this violent world and the equally violent men when friends are brutally murdered.
