What is, in your opinion, the best science fiction film and TV series of all time. You must choose one of each.
We're uber biased because we run one of the biggest websites about it and know a lot of the cast personally...but we have to say the rebooted Battlestar Galactica :D
Evelien and Dorien give me a Holla if Battlestar Galactica need any ideas, ships,Alien, costumes I'd be happy to Help, great show :D
Hm. For me: Film - E.T. Just about the most beautiful film I've seen. The best sci-fi TV Series? - A tie for me: Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Babylon 5.
Stargate Atlantis because of the action and plot of the overall story.
Best science fiction TV series of all time was Farscape. A love story in a richly character-oriented space opera that was canceled before its time. Best Film for me was a toss up between Avengers Infinity War and Serenity.
What is the best comedy film of all time?
Monty Python Holy Grail ?! Airplane is amazing however.
Some Like It Hot - great performances (Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, Jack Lemmon, Joe E. Brown), beautifully written, clever dialogue - movies don't get better than this.
if kem can add i will too "holy grail"
Whenever I'm asked this question, only one answer (since 1984, at least) is always the first and best to come to mind : Ghostbusters, To this day, that is the single funniest film (with the most quotable dialogue) that I have ever seen.
Kem: I love "My Fellow Americans!" Great little movie with two classic talents. I watch it about 2-3 times a year. A few years back I watched it with my girlfriend, and for weeks afterward she kept referring to me as "Blinky."

Richard the Third, starring Ian McKellen. It's Shakespeare, with Tanks! It's the best of the movies where they take something by Shakespeare and change when it's set, in my opinion.
Easiest Question Ever!!!! "GONE WITH THE WIND"

Two amazing titles that others have brought up: TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD and RICHARD III with Ian McKellan. Two amazing adaptation. Brilliant choices.
Bringing up To Kill a Mockingbird reminds me of a major favorite: "Moby Dick," 1956, directed by John Huston and starring Gregory Peck. The great Ray Bradbury adapted the script from the Melville novel.
