About Emmanuel
Emmanuel : Law graduate.
Former radio-chronicler in a free French radio station.
Indie scrip and film-maker, since 2000 I made several cutting-edge documentaries and live reports, and also fictions (specialty: supernatural, thriller, comedies) awarded in France and England, selected in the USA and Germany.
This year 2013 : great year for festivals because no less than 4 of my films were awarded or selected ! "Liz Dheureuleveu" (supernatural-experimental fiction, 2010) and "Cigar Power" (social drama video-clip, 2011) both selected at the BadFilmFest (NYC, USA) and screened between 18-21th april in New-York at the "Comedy bar" - "Air the Hen in the Sun !" (funny nature and social live report, 2010) awarded 1 Star in England (Chesterfield) and "Bastet" (supernatural, 2012) awarded 3 Stars at BIAFF (Chesterfield, England) and screened on 20th april at The Chesterfield Hotel.
I'm very honored by all these awards.

1 - "Gossip Blues" (comedy video-clip, 2009) : awarded in France (Montauban, 2009) as 5th Best Fiction, awarded in England (Chesterfield, 2009) by 3 Stars, selected in France (Nîmes, 2009), selected in the USA (New-York City, 2012) at the Bad Theater Fest and screened on 22th october in New-York at "The Tank".
2 - "Nightmare" (supernatural, 2000) : awarded in France (Montauban, 2003) as 2nd Best Fiction, awarded in England (Bedford, 2010) by 2 Stars, selected in France (Lille and Gaillard, 2000).
3 - "Fear of the Dark" (supernatural & thriller, 2011) : awarded in England (Weymouth, 2012) by 4 Stars.
4 - "Rose Castle : the Complete Adventure" (supernatural and adventure, 2010) : awarded in England (Harrogate, 2010) by 4 Stars.
5 - "The Murderer in the Velvet Body" (supernatural & thriller, 2009) : awarded in England (Chesterfield, 2009) by 2 Stars, selected in France (Montauban, 2009).
6 - Liz Dheureuleveu" (experimental, 2010) : awarded in France (Guéret, 2010) as Best Fiction & Jury Award and selected at the BadFilmFest (NYC, USA) and screened between 18-21th april in New-York at the "Comedy Bar".
7 - "The Hymn to the Sun" (supernatural & musical drama, 2011) : awarded in England (Weymouth, 2012) by 3 Stars.
8 - "Aphasic Drivel and Musical Education" (experimental video-clip, 2011) : performed and screened in New-Zealand (Auckland Museum, 2011) by the Egyptian artist Ahmed Ola-abaza for his musical piece "Aphasic Drivel and Musical Education".
9 - "Cigar power" (social drama video-clip, 2011) : performed and screened in New-Zealand (Auckland Museum, 2011) by the Egyptian artist Ahmed Ola-abaza for his musical piece "Cigar Power" , selected at the BadFilmFest (NYC, USA) and screened between 18-21th april in New-York at the "Comedy Bar".
10 - "Instruction Mode" (supernatural video-clip, 2011) : performed and screened in New-Zealand (Auckland Museum, 2011) by the Egyptian artist Ahmed Ola-abaza for his musical piece "Instruction Mode".
11 - "Bastet" (supernatural, 2012) : awarded in England at BIAFF festival (Chesterfield, 2013) by 3 Stars and screened on 20th april at The Chesterfield Hotel.
12 - "Air the Hen in the Sun !" (funny nature and social live report, 2010) awarded 1 Star in England (Chesterfield).
I also manage several fictions of indie friends film-makers (all of them were awarded in France and selected in Germany) : especially the film "I Went away Silently" by Jean-Paul Daniel (experimental, 2001) which was selected in Germany (Rostock, 2010) at the (non competitive) Queer Film Fest, this film was screened during the festival at the Peter Weiss Haus (Cultural Center), and the film "Chloë" by Sébastien Cop (supernatural, 1998) which was awarded in France in 1998 (Best Fiction at Vaucresson, 3rd best Fiction at Alfortville) and selected in France the same year (Bourges).
Finally I manage, promote and distribute several indie international groups and singers (Faham, No Excuses, James Krewvi, Franck Lacaille and the last (but not the least !) Dicho Ilunga).
