About Shirley

I studied screenwriting at CSUN and now have my degree. I am still considered a fledgling screenwriter and as with all writers my work is a WIP. My goal is to hone my writing skills to the professional level or better. That said, I am currently looking for work in the entertainment industry and hopefully my writing skills will not have gone to waste. The other work I have done has been as an observer behind the scene via work as a background actor observing the professionals in action. Looking back at what I just wrote (not a good thing for a writer to do), it seems pitifully thin. I think I put more into my LinkedIn profile than here. I do have some film making skills (camera, editing, cinematography) from the classes I took but my main focus here is screenwriting. Thanks for coming by and reading my bio.
