A Pixar-esque short about a young ballerina who falls in love with power-lifting and must convince the champion-turned-trainer that she's worthy of his mentorship.
Rohit Kumar Thanks for asking! Young = 6-8 years old, and children aren't allowed in adult gyms, especially with professional trainers. Also, she's a girl.
Interesting! For such a young ballerina (6-8?) is interested in power lifting. You mean the spinning body lifting? Maybe you can hint in the logline — if it’s not gonna be too long — why so. Is it about a crush on the weight lifting spinning champion, potential her partner?
Thanks for your feedback, @Pattana! In this case, no, it's the Muscle Man powerlifting like how Arnold Schwarzenegger started, but that brings up a great point - maybe concept art would help!
Was just reading up the comments. Power lifting is purely for strength, but body building is what Arnold did, for aesthetic (mr world etc) Both are awesome and would work in context to story.
Where is the consequence if he doesn't train her. And if he does train her, she also loses: a grown woman with Arnold Swarzenneger's muscles will have a sexless love life, unless she's dagging.

That sounds like a very intriguing story.
You could do a lot with the main character's decision to become a bodybuilder and the effect it has on her friends and family.
