Wondering the best way to structure a screenplay for a buddy love film with two protagonist. They are paired together for a company trip and ending up coming friends through their adventure together. Any advice?

Has anyone written a screenplay that has two leading protagonists? Something similar to 21st Jump Street. I'm having trouble defining my characters and structuring the 3 acts. Any thoughts?
